I have issues with testosterone. I have visited my doctor for a check and I admit that I do not feel like I used to, I put this down to ageing, stress, and insomnia.
I have tried sleeping tablets and some hormones that my doctor prescribed but I am feeeling worse for them. What do you suggest I do ?
