Which supplements are most important to take and when?

The doses of supplements are presribed and the order is not critical except in a few circumstances of b6 and phospatidyl serine/serine. Some individuals will not sleep on night/ nocte doses of b6 as b6 causes agitation at times . This happens in less than 5 percent of individuals and the solution to this is to avoid a night dose of b6. B6 in these individuals should be taken through out the day in split doses. The same individuals tend to have am nausea on b6 and need to take things from midday to early pm say 600pm to avoid the nocte agitation. Phosphatidylserine has no nauseous issues, though phospatidyl serine is advantageous at night to some individuals because it induces sleep and corrects circadium rhythm issues like early morning wakening at around 3 to 4 am. Phosphatidyl serine taken in the am has no negative effects but no correction of the circadium rhythm so it is prescribed in the pm usually to all.
The nutrients prescribed are all important and need to be taken as prescribed. The nutrients can be likened to a orchestra, remove 1 player of the orchestra and the effect is different. All that taking less achieves is a slowing down of the recovery process. Having said this if you have been on dose, then take less and your health goes southwards, the health lost is recoverable if nutrients are taken again in the time frame of the deterioration. That is if it took 3 months to get better, and meds were decreased and it took 3 to 6 weeks to deteriorate, then when you get back on prescribed dose it will take 3 to 6 weeks to recover.
