At Dr. Jaa’s Medical Health, your health is our prime consideration. Dr Jaa’s Naturopathic Service offers and specialises in the latest of health care.  We offer treatments in the areas of:

• Weight loss and lifestyle management
• Hormonal balancing

• Dietary recommendations
• Supplementation advice

We have access to a range of “practitioner only” vitamin, herb and detoxification products. Your health is our prime consideration. Our hours of operation by appointment are: Monday to Friday 8am until 5pm

We are looking forward to meeting you for your initial health appraisal. We would like to inform you of some of our necessary pre-appointment requirements.  By making this appointment, you have indicated your health is important to you. Your health and wellbeing is our priority.

Pre-consultation Instructions
If possible please bring, post or fax your questionnaires and completed forms back to our practice 1 week before your appointment. Please arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment. This allows you time to relax which is necessary for some of the preliminary testing procedures.

Your Initial Appointment
Your initial appointment will take approximately 1 hour and is predominantly to assess your health status and goals. To enable us to gain your detailed health information we have included for you a pre-appointment pack. This will help us to accurately determine your current health level of health and best determine your health background. Having done this, and after seeing you in person, we can put together a treatment regime that will give you the best possible results, and present to you a time frame and approximation of costs involved.

Your pack includes an:

• Introductory letter
• Personal particulars form
•  A general screening questionnaire
• Lifestyle and goals questionnaire

We require full payment on the day

The fees for the day will be:

• Consultation: typically $90 for one (1) hour
• Vitamins and herbal products: additional charges
• Minor testing procedures: additional charges

We accept cash, credit or debit cards. You will be issued with a receipt which you may be able to use to claim a rebate from your private health fund.

Dr. Jaa’s Medical Health is a very busy practice therefore please confirm your appointment prior to arrival. If for some reason you need to reschedule your appointment, we require 24 hours notice; otherwise you may be billed for the missed appointment. This, in consideration for others, allows us to schedule in patients from our waiting list. Our practice will phone or sms you 1 – 2 days prior to your appointment to confirm that this time is suitable.

Dr Jaa’s Medical Health currently offers a comprehensive weight loss and management regime incorporating dietary advice and/or detoxification therapy, exercise programmes and lipolysis (fat dissolving injection technique) may also be suggested.

Our experienced naturopaths will consult you and take a complete health, dietry and lifestyle history.  An overall weight management plan is then formulated to suit the individual.  We will discuss in detail this plan to ensure that all aspects are clearly understood prior to your commencement.

Our aim is to provide you with a workable long term weight control and management strategy tailored to your individual specific requirements and lifestyle needs. The following packages are also available:
