Tina Haydon
Physiotherapist / Clinical Pilates Instructor
Tina obtained her BHSc Physiotherapy in 1996.
She has worked in a wide range of physiotherapy settings, specialising in rehabilitation and aged care. She has worked extensively in hospital, community and private sectors. Tina has a keen interest in clinical pilates, believing it to be a very effective rehabilitative means for many musculoskeletal conditions.
She has extensive experience in rehabilitating neurological conditions.

Diane Slater
Physiotherapist / Clinical Pilates Instructor
Diane Slater was born and raised in South Africa. After qualifying as a physiotherapist in 1989 from the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa, she spent two years working as a physiotherapist in hospitals and private practice before migrating to Australia.
Since then, Diane has worked as a physiotherapist in rehabilitation hospitals, private physio practices and at the Victoria Transport Accident Commission (TAC). She has had wide experience in the rehabilitation of patients with chronic back, neck and joint pain, joint replacement patients, cardiac patients and amputees.
Throughout her years of practice, Diane has discovered that physio treatment combined with a specifically- prescribed and supervised exercise program will achieve much better outcomes for her patients. She developed an interest in the Pilates method and later attained full teaching certification. Diane has been teaching both Pilates floor and equipment classes since 2000.
Patients who have suffered from chronic back, neck and other joint pain have greatly benefited from Diane’s Pilates exercise programs. Additionally, she also conducts Pilates classes for individuals who wish to prevent injury and keep fit by improving core stability and general muscle strength and flexibility.
Diane is a member of the Australia Physiotherapy Association and a member of the Pilates Institute of Australasia. She lives on the Gold Coast with her husband and two sons.

Lisa Strauss
Naturopath / Remedial Masseuse
Lisa studied an Advanced Diploma of Naturopathy at Health Schools Australia and went on to complete a Bachelor of Health Science at Charles Sturt University.
Lisa has practiced Remedial Massage for several years and has also trained in Manipulative Muscle Therapy.
Lisa has a special interest in family health and has been involved in a “Healthy Lifestyles” program at Monash IVF clinic in Southport since 2006.
Lisa’s aim is to optimize health and reduce stress by tailoring programs for the individual.

Toby Lord

Accredited Exercise Physiologist
Toby has 8 years experience in exercise therapy/rehabilitation and is currently an accredited Exercise Physiologist that specializes in the treatment of chronic disease. He is also a registered allied health provider of Exercise Physiology services under WorkCover Queensland.

Matt Peel
Physiotherapist
Matt has studied Exercise Science and completed a Master of Physiotherapy degree at Griffith University on the Gold Coast. During his career he has successfully treated a wide range of conditions through the use of Western Acupuncture/Dry Needling, ‘Trigger Point’ therapy, massage, exercise prescription (strengthening/stretching) and muscle energy techniques. He excels in the treatment of acute/chronic lower back pain, neck pain, headaches, joint sprains, muscle strains and rehabilitation post musculoskeletal surgery. He has a particular interest in sporting injuries and is the current physiotherapist for the QLD Country Rugby Union team and a number of local sporting clubs.
Matt can also provide lift training/advice and information on workstation set-up.

Louise Andrews

Louise obtained her BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy in 2007 from the University of Ulster, Jordanstown, Northern Ireland. Since this date she has gained degree recognition in Australia and has worked extensively in all aspects of Physiotherapy. She specialises in Neurological and Genetic Disorders and in the management of complex and high needs clients. She has gained post-graduate qualifications in Clinical Pilates as well as Western Acupuncture and Dry Needling.

Tess Collier
B.Psych (Hons), Dip Gestalt Therapy, MGANZ, AIMM, AssocMAPS Psychologist and Gestalt Therapist
Tess is a registered psychologist and Gestalt psychotherapist and offers a holistic approach to psychology and counselling. Since graduating in 1999, Tess has counselled across a variety of settings including Relationships Australia, Kumbari Avenue (Special) School, Queensland Cancer Fund, Hopewell Hospice, and private practice. In addition to issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, and stress, Tess has a special interest in grief and loss counselling as well as health and well-being issues (eg. cancer patient support).
Tess uses a combination of Interpersonal Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, and Mindfulness based approaches to help clients increase their self-awareness, connect with themselves and others, and live meaningful and fulfilling lives.
